How to prepare your yard for a scoop visit

A few details at booking time help the crew finish on schedule and leave the lawn ready to use. Here is what Twin Falls homeowners should share before the visit window.

Access and gate codes

Add the gate code, lockbox notes, or “side gate by the AC unit” directions in the booking. Magic Valley crews move yard to yard; clear access notes prevent delays and missed windows.

If someone will be home, note that too. If the yard is empty, say where waste bags should be left (usually next to your trash as requested).

Pets during the visit

Please keep dogs inside or secured away from the work area while we scoop. It keeps pets safer and lets the crew cover the full yard without interruptions.

Aggressive or anxious dogs should not greet strangers at the gate. A short note on the booking is enough for us to plan.

What we need from the yard itself

Clear obvious toys or furniture that block fence lines if you can. Long grass can hide waste; we still scoop carefully, but mowed areas are easier to inspect thoroughly.

Point out any off-limits zones, gardens, or new seed you want us to avoid walking through.

After you book

You receive a booking number when the visit is submitted. Payment confirms the booking. Status moves from pending to confirmed after a successful card charge.
